Waiver Form
Every player must submit a waiver form electronically online only.
- We do not keep our forms on file, so a new form must be filled out everyday you play.
- Only players 6 and older and 45 inches and taller are allowed past the briefing room door.
- There is a viewing monitor located in the lobby for all guests not participating in laser tag.
- For the privacy & security of our players on social media, no pictures are allowed inside the Laser Tag areas at any time.
